Beta Rich Hop Extract BRHE - 1 kg
BRHE 40% is a hop extract obtained from natural hops through supercritical CO2 extraction. This process isolates a fraction rich in beta acids and essential hop oils, giving the extract significant aromatic properties. Due to its beta acid content, the extract is known for its antimicrobial properties, particularly effective against Gram-positive bacteria and certain algae. BRHE 40% is ideal for use as a natural hop aroma or flavoring agent in various food and beverage applications. Additionally, to ensure its stability, the beta acid fraction is dissolved in food-grade propylene glycol.
