Established in 1991, the Mr. Malt® brand is now an international benchmark in the brewing industry, offering a comprehensive range of products and services tailored to professional brewers, homebrewers, and brewpubs.

The story of the company P.A.B., founded in 1996 in Pasian di Prato (Udine), is closely intertwined with the development of the Italian craft beer movement. Mr. Malt® has always supported those who brew, with a broad and specialized catalog that includes: base and specialty malts, hops in pellets, cones, and extracts, dry and liquid yeasts, brewing adjuncts, spices, as well as equipment for production and fermentation, detergents and sanitizers, lab instrumentation, and packaging materials.

In 2022, the company became part of the international Caldic Group, which in 2025 consolidated all its global brewing-related activities under the Mr. Malt® brand, strengthening its presence and operational capacity worldwide.

Quality, sustainability, and care for people guide the company's operations, which have earned important certifications such as BRCGS Storage and Distribution, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, and UNI ISO 45001:2018. Through its specialized website, reseller network, and a dedicated team, Mr. Malt® provides personalized support, technical consultancy and specialist training, actively contributing to the growth of brewing culture.
