  • QHSE Company Policy (PDF - Only ITA)
    The P.A.B. Company Policy it is an integrated QHSE (Quality - Health&Safety - Environment) policy. It represents the base of the company’s management system. With the Policy, senior management formally declares objectives and general directives about the expected performances of the company. The Policy aims to the best possible quality level, to compliance with environmental and health and safety requirements, compatibly with the existing legislative framework.
  • Code of Conduct (PDF)
    P.A.B. fully shares and accepts the provisions of the Caldic Code of Ethics, which constitutes the foundation of corporate compliance. It is the key document that summarizes the group's policies and principles. It establishes the basic rules of what we expect from employees and outlines the ethics and values with which the group is committed to carrying out its business.
  • Organisational Model 231 (PDF - Only ITA)
    P.A.B. has adopted a Model for Organisation, Management and Control in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. Carrying out its activity, P.A.B. devotes great consideration to the ethical aspects of the business. The company has therefore decided to implement a structured system to mitigate the risk of the occurrence of any form of irregularity, so as to limit the risk of committing the crimes indicated by the Decree and guarantee the rightness and transparency of its activity. The model integrates the Code of Ethics and constitutes an operational tool for the application of the principles set out therein.
  • Whistleblowing
    In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 and 24/2023, P.A.B. provides to its stakeholders a dedicated reporting channel (Whistleblowing), as described in the attached procedure.

  • Sustainability Report (PDF - Only ITA)
    Since 2024, P.A.B. has been issuing the Sustainability Report, an annually reviewed document that highlights the actions undertaken and the results achieved in pursuing its sustainability goals and implementing the ESG strategy defined by the Caldic group.

Some examples of our sustainable commitment that are further described in the report:

    • Commitment for community and territory
      The Company promotes solidarity projects in the local community. All employees dispose of 8 paid hours per year to carry out voluntary activities, in line with company policy. Since 2023, activities have included, for example, supporting a non-competitive relay event with charitable purposes (through active participation and collaboration in its organisation), as well as waste collection and sorting in the areas surrounding the company headquarters. Every year, various social projects in the community are also sponsored through financial contributions.
    • Environment and renewable energy
      The company installed a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity for internal use. The plant was expanded in 2024. Furthermore, from the end of 2023, 100% of the electricity purchased comes from renewable sources.
  • EcoVadis sustainability assessment
    P.A.B. was awarded with the EcoVadis Platinum medal. With this recognition of its commitment, the company ranks among the top 1% of companies of the food wholesale sector. EcoVadis is one of the most important international sustainability rating platforms. For 360° ESG monitoring, the assessment evaluate the following topics: Environment, Work Practices and Human Rights, Ethics, Sustainable Purchasing. This is an important milestone and at the same time a starting point, with the aim of continuously improving the impact of our activities and increasing our score from year to year.
