Brew It Clear Kit

Brew It Clear Kit contains, in order of use:

Protafloc: A natural algae-based product that significantly reduces haze during the boil without affecting foam stability, resulting in a clearer wort, a more efficient fermentation, and a substantial reduction in the dosage of other clarifiers in the subsequent steps.

Super F: A silica-based clarifier specifically designed for rapid yeast sedimentation, which also acts on proteins and other particles. To be used at the end of fermentation.

Finings Adjunct: An auxiliary clarifier to be used in combination with Super F in case of particularly hazy worts. It removes haze-causing proteins, improves filterability, reduces cold maturation time, and produces bright beers.

GF-Clear Zyme: An enzymatic solution designed to enhance clarity and colloidal stability of the beer. Its use during fermentation, combined with proper cold crashing or an auxiliary fining agent, allows complete removal of haze-forming proteins and reduces gluten content below 10 ppm.

OPTIONAL ADDITION:

LifeTec® filter cartridges: Nominal porosity filter cartridges (up to 95% removal efficiency), made of 100% polypropylene. Exceptional flow rate, extremely high dirt holding capacity, and superior durability compared to competitors.
