Junior Buyer
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our purchasing team. Under the support and supervision of the Purchasing Manager, the Junior Buyer will be responsible for various tasks aimed at ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze stock levels and prepare and send information/quotation requests (RFx).
- Evaluate, tabulate, and conduct preliminary negotiations on received quotations.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Follow up with suppliers to guarantee delivery according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Create and maintain item master data and price lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support purchasing initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in economics or related fields.
- Command of the English language (aside from Italian mother tongue).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT systems.
- A flexible mindset, strong attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Purpose and Processing Methods
The personal data provided is acquired and processed in paper form and/or on magnetic, electronic, or telematic media solely for the purpose of assessing possible interest in the future establishment of a contractual relationship, which is yet to be determined in its content. Providing data is optional, but failure to do so will make it impossible to consider the application for a job position at P.A.B. S.r.l. a socio unico.
Retention Period
The personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill existing relationships between the parties and, in any case, no longer than 2 years from acquisition. It will be processed exclusively for personnel recruitment activities carried out by P.A.B. S.r.l. a socio unico for its business needs.
Disclosure and Sharing
The personal data provided may be accessed by specifically designated individuals such as employees or collaborators of P.A.B. S.r.l. a socio unico who require such access to perform their duties or due to their position, with full awareness of privacy regulations and personal data processing. The data may be shared with payroll processing and labor consultancy companies for contract formulation. In any case, P.A.B. S.r.l. a socio unico commits not to disclose or share collected data with parties not necessary for carrying out the aforementioned activities and not to conduct unnecessary, irrelevant, or excessive data processing beyond contractual requirements.
