DWB is a blend of powdered salts that increase the content of essential minerals brewing water. Among the many advantages, it reduces the extraction of unwanted silicates, tannins and polyphenols to increase the pleasantness of the mouthfeel. Promotes the precipitation of unwanted proteins in the vat, hop back or whirlpool. Improves fermentability. Reduces the formation of beer stone (calcium oxalate), the risk of gushing and the risk of infections. Improves the effectiveness of clarification. Facilitates the retention of the foam.
