Checktemp 1 C is a high precision thermometer connected to a 1 m long probe cable. The inoxidizable steel probe is ideal to measure the temperature of liquids, air, frozen and semi-solid materials. NTC sensor inside the probe permits very precise measurements in a few seconds. It is equipped with a calibration state switch, which simulates a 0.0°C measurement (if activated), in the display it will be read as ±0.3°C. In this way you will always have a guaranteed and precise readings. The peculiar probe shape allows an easy contact with soft, semi-solid or solid products, and AISI 316 inoxidizable steel males it perfectly respectful of HACCP norms.
