Gall tannin with high reactivity.
It is a purest tannin, which does not confer a bitter character to beers. Its high reactivity towards enzymes (laccase, lipoxygenase) facilitates the wort clarifying process, preserving at the same time the beer poliphenolic level and preventing oxidation. Gallobrew does not alter beer colour, but it removes sulfitic or other unpleasant notes.
Uses:
- Avoids oxidation and produces fresh beers,
- Improves the protein level in the whirlpool,
- Also usable with the decanter.
