Ideal Water Profile Kit

Ideal Water Profile Kit contains, in order of use:

Alkalinity Test Kit: a complete and fully equipped kit for measuring alkalinity through titration with hydrochloric acid—an essential tool for any brewery.

OPTIONAL:

Free Chlorine Test Kit: for the measurement of free chlorine using the DPD method. Supplied with all necessary reagents and accessories to perform approximately 50 tests.

Self-Beer®: for detecting the main microbial contaminants.

AMS: a ready-to-use blend of inorganic acids that reduces alkalinity while adding desired amounts of chloride and sulfate ions. Its use improves yield, fermentability, clarity, and positively impacts beer stability.

DWB: a powdered salt blend that increases essential brewing minerals in water. Among its many benefits: it reduces extraction of silicates, tannins, and unwanted polyphenols, enhancing mouthfeel; promotes precipitation of unwanted proteins in the tun, hop back, or whirlpool; improves fermentability; reduces beer stone (calcium oxalate), gushing, and infection risk; improves clarification efficiency and supports foam retention.
