Very light malt extract with a good fermentable sugar percentage. Suitable for the production of dry beers (Lager and Pilsner).
Used to replace sugar in beer kits and to activate the secondary fermentation in bottles.
Concentrated barley malt extract (80%). Ideal for the production of beer with extracts or through mini-mash method. It can replace barley malt (use 75%) or sugar (replace 50-100% sugar with 125% extract).
