    Mash Easy Kit contains, in order of use:

    Mashlife: an innovative 100% natural product based on powdered pomegranate extract, to be used during mashing and boiling. The polyphenols in the extract act as chelators and form large complexes with iron and copper, facilitating their removal during lautering. With proper oxygen control in the process, Mashlife prevents the formation of oxidation-related off-flavours.

    AS AN ALTERNATIVE:

    Brewty: a 100% natural tannic acid formulated to improve flavour stability and optimize the colloidal stability of beers. It can be added during both mashing and boiling. During mashing, it primarily binds to metal ions such as iron, removing them and preventing oxidative reactions. Brewty also binds to haze-forming proteins, causing them to precipitate and aiding more efficient lautering.

    In the boil, its main role is to bind with haze-forming proteins, improving beer clarity and stability.

    Trizyme: a liquid enzymatic preparation specifically formulated for use in the mash tun. It is a blend of α-amylase, β-glucanase, and protease designed to resolve various issues related to the yield of under-modified or variable malts: low extract, slow lautering, insufficient production of yeast-assimilable nitrogen, and lack of essential yeast nutrients.

    Protafloc: a natural algae-based product that significantly reduces haze during the boil without affecting foam stability, resulting in a clearer wort, better fermentation, and a substantial reduction in the dosage of other clarifiers in subsequent steps.

    Antifoam Calsil FGA 20: a silicone-based food-grade antifoam emulsion specifically formulated for brewing and food processes where rapid foam suppression is required. It can be used during boiling or in the fermenter. Easy to dose!
