It gives your beer herbal and citrus aroma. Traditionally used in Belgian Wit, Grand Cru and Christmas Beers, it can also be added to any beer in need of a citrus push.
Aromatic herbs are used to brew Belgian Bière Blanche, Grand Cru, Tripples and Christmas Beers. They are usually added in the last 15 minutes of boil. In ancient times herbs were used to extend beer's storage time.
