Orange dried flowers are used in perfume production, as food flavouring, in confectionery industry (e.g. citrus blossom honey) and in some beers.
Aromatic herbs are used to brew Belgian Bière Blanche, Grand Cru, Tripples and Christmas Beers. They are usually added in the last 15 minutes of boil. In ancient times herbs were used to extend beer's storage time.
