Type Noble Oils were specially developed for use before or during filtration and replace late hop additions in the brewhouse. The result is a "late hop aroma" that combines floral, spicy and citrus notes. Products of the Noble family have a high to very high content of linalool. Bitter substances are not contained.
Noble Plus is produced from hop extracts by fractionation and is used to replace late hop additions in the brewhouse. The "late hop aroma" has a high enrichment of linalool as well as a very low proportion of highly volatile components. With its citrusy and floral notes, the oil is often used in bottom-fermented as well as in alcohol free beers.
